I don’t know what it is about lil’ girls and their daddy’s tattoo’s ! I have this one photo hanging in my studio of a lil’ girl laying on her daddy’s tattooed chest and I get so many complements on that photo.

I know what it is…. here you have this adorable new lil’ life laying in her daddy’s tatted arms that look so hard and so rough but you know he is going to do what ever it takes to protect his lil’ baby girl.
Safe in Daddy’s arms…
Kepler
This is Kepler and I just love all his lil rolls
He’s such a beautiful baby. He was tired so his mommy was giving him his pacifier which was so cute because when we thought he was out, he would start sucking on his pacifier and making the cutest sucking sounds. I had to get a photo of him with is pacifier
I love how his lil’ hands are here in this photo.

I love this one of him on the scale.

Thank you Ginger and Ryan for having me photograph Kepler. I really enjoyed meeting you guys.
Tiny lil’ Feet
One of my clients e-mail me a link to some photos with lil’ feet. Yesterday I photographed a lil’ girl and I took this shot. Thank you Ashley for sending me the link.

Baby Haylee is here…
It’s been such a joy photographing the growth of Angela’s belly. It went by so fast and I can’t believe Haylee is here. I photographed Haylee a little over a week ago and we got some great shots. She is so cute.
Thank you Jesse and Angela for having me photograph your cute lil’ belly every month and now Haylee

Tonight is the big night….
My baby girl is graduating from High School tonight! I look at this photo of my kids and I am so proud! I feel so fortunate to have them and my husband in my life.
Tonight she will walk with her class of 2009 and say her goodbye’s and receive her diploma.
I know I say this over and over but “where does the time go?” My son Casey will be a Senior next year at U of A! I remember when he graduated High School and left home for U of A. That was hard and now Jourdyn will be doing the same ![]()
My husband and I and our 9 year old son were sitting on the couch the other night and I just looked over at them and said ” Gosh! Pretty soon it’s just going to be us three!”
Jourdyn, I am so proud of you honey and I can’t wait for tonight because I know your excited for the next chapter in your life.
Love you!

Baby Samuel
This is Samuel and he is just adorable! It was so cute because he was a little fussy during his session and to calm him down, his daddy would take him outside in the heat. We’ve been having some warm weather lately, in the 100’s and Samuel loves the heat. His daddy would bring him back in the studio and we would get maybe two more shots and then he would be fussy again…. out the door he went
I love my newborn sessions. Every session is pretty much the same and I have parents apologizing for their lil one peeing or pooping. It’s normal, they are going to fuss when they’re hungry or right when they get all comfy and sleeping, then we’re moving them around for the next shot.
It’s always best to photograph the newborns their first two weeks of life. Why? Because all they do is sleep and eat and it’s so easy to mold them and position them where you want them.
Here are a few of Samuel…

oops… he’s a little fussy, take him outside dad

Here he is laying on moms shoulder with his polka dot blanket… love the blanket.

safe in mommy’s arms

This is a 12×30 composite of some of Samuel’s tiny parts…. Has a quote at the bottom ” I AM IN LOVE WITH EACH AND EVERY TINY PART OF YOU”
Jasper and Megan…what a fun shoot!
Jasper is in the Military and left for Greece for a year 1/2 - Megan and him wanted to get some photos done before he left. I’ve been wanting to take some shots in Oatman ( I know a lot of you are thinking “Oatman?”) I love all the old buildings and textures…. made great photos.
Thank you Jasper and Megan for being so great and so easy going
